Under 18s Start the Show at Forshaw Park

Before the senior grades took centre stage, Forshaw Park came alive on Saturday, 30 August 2025 with two thrilling Under 18 Grand Finals.

First up, the Under 18 Girls Tackle Tier 2 Grand Final saw local rivals De La Salle and the Taren Point Titans – both packed with Sharks representative talent – put on a showcase of skill and determination. In a gripping contest, De La Salle edged out the Titans 16–10, underlining the incredible growth of female rugby league across our competition.

The action kept rolling with the Under 18 Gold Boys Grand Final, where the Aquinas Colts finally broke through after a string of near misses. Determined and disciplined, the Colts jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, defeating their long-time rivals 20–6 to claim the premiership in convincing style.
