As the junior representative season heads into round 4 this weekend, this years Sharks SG Ball squad will be travelling to Ballarat to take on the Victorian Thunderbolts. The next crop of SG Ball players are now enhancing their skills as part of the Sharks u18 Academy squad.
Under dark skies last weekend the u18 Sharks Academy team played the Bulldogs at Belmore Oval. Most of the players in the u18 squad are no strangers to representative football having played in last years Harold Matthews Cup team and their experience ad teamwork showed in their strong performance on the day.
It was also great to see a few of our up and coming u17 players having a run as part of this match also.
